We believe that yoga is for everyone and it brings benefits to us in many ways. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, our Power Yoga classes offer full body, heated, Vinyasa flow that helps you attain all the benefits of yoga. We have 60 & 75 minute classes, which will increase awareness and help progress your knowledge in the practice of yoga.

Our high energy, fun, and euphoric classes are a mix of night club atmosphere and a real outdoor cycling experience. Our bikes and technology will give you the best ride in the country. Each bike is equipped with a console displaying your metrics, a smooth carbon belt drive, and light fly wheel. Our leader board will give you real time statistics that all get sent back to you via email when you're done to better help you track your workout performance.

Candlelight Yin Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, mindful connective tissue stretching, yoga breathing and an extended savasana. This practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension. This practice consists of mostly seated and reclined postures with use of props.
This training system combines interval training concepts with full body strengthening techniques in a time efficient format. TRX E.P.I.C. is a dynamic group training that gives you the most productive workout in 30-40 minutes. This workout is for all skill levels and will help you build strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, core stabilization, gain lean muscle, and stay safe in your daily routine.
