Additionally, you will have the option during the sale to commit for 6-months at $100 per month for unlimited yoga (again, regularly $150 & includes TRX). The 6-month package totals $600 Payments are due on January 1, 2016 ($100), February 1, 2016 ($100), March 1, 2016 ($100), April 1, 2016 ($100), May 1, 2016 ($100) and June 1, 2016 ($100). Credit cards are automatically charged and no cancellation is allowed for this package. You may suspend the package once during the program for up to 14-days. In the event of a suspension, your credit card will continue to be charged and you will receive additional days at the end of the contract. ** 4-class per month and 8-class per month packages total 24 and 48 classes respectively over 6-months. These packages encourage you to come to higherpower approximately 1-2 times per week. Each month, your account resets with 4 or 8 classes and unused classes are not transferable to subsequent months (use them or lose them)! All monthly packages are auto-drafted monthly by credit card. You may suspend the (unlimited packages) once during the program for up to 14-days. In the event of a suspension, your credit card will continue to charge and you will receive additional days at the end of the contract. ***Discounted 10-pack classes expire after 3 months. Discounted 20-pack classes expire after 5 months. There's no secret to leading a fit, healthy life. It's all about hard work and sweat. 

Here's four amazing reasons to add that yoga and cycling to your daily routine. According to LifeHack, here's a few benefits of sweat for your health.

1.  Amazing benefit of toxin release

What exactly happens when we sweat it out?  It’s true…we literally release toxins from our system using sweat as the conduit.  Experts agree that we mainly release excess salt, cholesterol and alcohol. Which means that a sweaty work-out will de-bloat us, clean our clogged arteries and help with a hang-over?
