  • Higher1 is a 45 minute high-energy cycling experience with fun music, positive reinforcement, and a great way to get that quick sweat, on our state of the art bikes. This class is for all levels.
     
    *ADVISORY - from time to time, our instructors will use certain songs that may contain explicit language. Please consult the front desk before the class to inquire further.

  • The World of Groove (FREE)
  • A movement class engaging your full-body and soul. There is no experience needed for this class and it is FREE for all!

  • Cycle Fusion
  • FUSE your intention, focus and discipline with our new fusion class that combines Cycling, TRX/HIIT (and sometimes Yoga)! Come prepared to sweat like you mean it! Bring a mat and water bottle!

    This class needs is limited to 20 people and all levels are welcome.

  • TRX E.P.I.C.
  • E.P.I.C. (Efficient/Power/Interval/Circuits) training system combines interval training concepts with full-body strengthening techniques in a time efficient format. TRX E.P.I.C. is dynamic group training that gives you the most productive workout in 45 minutes. This workout is for all skill levels and will help you build strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, core stabilization, gain lean muscle, and remain safe in your daily routine. We uses Suspension Training along with other functional modalities to give you the most functional and challenging full-body routine.
