Karina Pivik

Karina began her yoga career in Bali, Indonesia. She spent 2 months submerged in authentic yoga culture and training before returning stateside with purpose and direction. She continues her education under Shiva Rea in Venice Beach California. Her classes are movement based, you can expect to challenge yourself, break a sweat and leave with a smile. Karina believes yoga is for everyone and provides ample modifications for all levels. 500RYT

Kaitlyn Clement

Kaitlyn is a New Orleans transplant hailing from Austin, Texas. Nine years after beginning her practice, she took the leap in 2016 to become an instructor and received her 200 hour RYT certification in Thailand. When she's not making shapes, Kaitlyn loves seeing live music, eating pizza, and running around the bayou.

Claire Mangano

After completing her teacher training locally at Free To Be Power Yoga Claire began to teach when ever and where ever honing her skills on and off the mat. Being a student and employee of yoga has allowed Claire to soak up knowledge from the numerous talented teachers that have flowed on the same wood floors she now looks forward to teaching on everyday, making her what she likes to call a Gumbo. Her classes are geared towards fun and lightness, offering modifications for all levels whilst maintaining a sturdy foundation in alignment and breath. Accessibility and a welcoming atmosphere through a higher paced flow designed to take you out of your day and into your body will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Claire sees herself as a student and enjoys learning from the practice of teaching as well as lessons learned through the continued discipline of the practice.

Jordan Esfeld

Like many others, Jordan found yoga at a time when she was in pain and felt stuck. In 2010, a friend took her to a hot yoga class and although it started as a means to exercise, it became a way of life. The pain began to dissipate, Jordan felt more conscious and alive than ever, and she knew she needed to keep this practice in her life. In Jordan's class, you will play, flow, sweat, relax, and of course, breathe.

KT Lynn

With teaching classes for over 9 years, Yoga is KT Lynn's passion. Her wide range of teachings include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation, Pranayama, etc. KT is Yogaworks 200 RYT certified, Yoga Alliance registered, CPR Certified and attends credited continuing education courses with frequency. Since moving from Los Angeles, KT is proud to call "The Crescent City" home.
We believe that yoga is for everyone and it brings benefits to to us in many ways. If you are a beginner, athlete, or experienced yogi, Power Yoga is an all level full body, functional, heated, Vinyasa flow that helps you attain the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. This 75 minute class will increase awareness and help progress your knowledge/practice in the art of yoga.
