Kaitlyn Clement

Kaitlyn is a New Orleans transplant hailing from Austin, Texas. Nine years after beginning her practice, she took the leap in 2016 to become an instructor and received her 200 hour RYT certification in Thailand. When she's not making shapes, Kaitlyn loves seeing live music, eating pizza, and running around the bayou.

Casey McMurray

Casey, a native New Orleanan, spent the last decade living between NYC and LA pursuing an acting career. She was first introduced to yoga back in 2005 and quickly discovered it was a great outlet to release stress and bring balance into her life. She received her 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Works and truly believes anyone can do yoga with the right attitude.
This is a slower version of our popular power yoga class...
We believe that yoga is for everyone and it brings benefits to to us in many ways. If you are a beginner, athlete, or experienced yogi, Power1 is an all level full body, functional, heated, Vinyasa flow that helps you attain the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. We will have 60 & 75 minute classes, which will increase awareness and help progress your knowledge/practice in the art of yoga.
