After completing her teacher training locally at Free To Be Power Yoga Claire began to teach when ever and where ever honing her skills on and off the mat. Being a student and employee of yoga has allowed Claire to soak up knowledge from the numerous talented teachers that have flowed on the same wood floors she now looks forward to teaching on everyday, making her what she likes to call a Gumbo. Her classes are geared towards fun and lightness, offering modifications for all levels whilst maintaining a sturdy foundation in alignment and breath. Accessibility and a welcoming atmosphere through a higher paced flow designed to take you out of your day and into your body will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Claire sees herself as a student and enjoys learning from the practice of teaching as well as lessons learned through the continued discipline of the practice.
Power2 will challenge you to go a little deeper in to your practice. This class is a full body, functional, heated, Vinyasa flow that challenges you to find your edge. We will have 60 & 75 minute classes, which will increase awareness and help progress your knowledge/practice through the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
