Cory Grant

Cory, a Phoenix, Arizona native, has called New Orleans home for the past 5 years. During his undergrad at the University of Dallas, Cory participated on the Men's Track and Field and Golf teams, and was named a Division III Academic All-American. Though he is now an attorney by trade, Cory remains active in the local running and triathlon communities as a member of the GNOTri Triathlon Club, and is still a single-digit handicap golfer. Cory is excited to join the Higher Power team and looks forward to helping people find their high!

Nicolette Colly

Nicolette was born and raised in New Orleans. She is a personal trainer, health coach and group fitness instructor. Divorce, job loss, high cholesterol and bouts with depression and anxiety pushed her to learn and teach others, in a transparent way, how pursuing a healthy lifestyle can create joy, change relationships, and find purpose. Her love for food, friends, family, and fitness continues to grow in the city she calls home.
I change the world everyday by loving my family and friends, being the change that I want to see and showing up no matter what, someone may really need me that day.

Frank Flick

My name is Frank and I am a certified personal trainer. I'm a Floridian born native whom grew up in New Orleans. Upon graduating Holy Cross High School, I entered the active Military where I obtained a wide range of knowledge, experience, and newfound outlook on life. Free time is sparse in my life. I always occupy it with something interesting or spend it with my daughter. My classes will guarantee a sweat and the feeling of exhaustion as you walk away gaining strength, courage and confidence. I enjoy anything that mentally and physically challenges me.


E.P.I.C. (Efficient/Power/Interval/Circuits) training system combines interval training concepts with full-body strengthening techniques in a time efficient format. TRX E.P.I.C. is dynamic group training that gives you the most productive workout in 45 minutes. This workout is for all skill levels and will help you build strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, core stabilization, gain lean muscle, and remain safe in your daily routine. We uses Suspension Training along with other functional modalities to give you the most functional and challenging full-body routine.
